Blazer Jobs is partnering with a supportive and inclusive school district in Beebe, Arkansas, to hire a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. About the Role
The SLP will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Working closely with teachers, families, and special education teams, youll create individualized treatment plans and ensure each student receives the tools they need for success.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).

Provide direct therapy services and classroom consultation.

Document progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in team meetings.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student growth and engagement.
Qualifications

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Active or eligible Arkansas SLP license.

ASHA CCC preferred; CFs are welcome to apply.

Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
